Oh, Kandahar! I've heard wonderful things about that place. My wife & I were thinking about summering there next year. We went to Baghdad this year. What a bust. Well the TGI Fridays is terrible, but there's plenty of other restaurants. Nathan's Hot Dogs is my favorite. If you have a meal card, you're guaranteed to be able to eat at seven establishments. There's Hotel Kandahar, but I'm not sure how well your wife would take to the Russian prostitutes I've heard are there. If you need a car, there's plenty of motorpools, and Hertz does a great deal on the Oshkosh M-ATV! And if you think this is too much, this was just at the air field! I never even went to the city!
